The Downtown Newark Special Improvement District Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday,
November 9th at 6:00pm. The location will be the stage of The Midland Theatre.
The seat currently held by Chase Ghiloni is up for election. The three‐year term will begin on Jan 1, 2023
and run thru Dec 31, 2025. Chase will both be running for reelection.
Any SID member interested in running for the seat must submit their nomination in writing to Cheri
Hottinger ([email protected]) no later than Oct 14th in order to be listed on the
printed ballot.
